Open to all female players ages 5-9

All players interested in registering for “Reign Drops” must first register for an Identification Session to determine if the program is a good fit. To ensure a high-quality program, we'll limit the number of participants to 30, so that we can maintain a low player-to-coach ratio. Training Days: Mondays & Tuesdays

“Reign Drops” Overview

The curriculum is based on the 4v4 game model and aims to provide players with a high volume of touches on the ball, both individually and within 1v1/2v2 situations. Each session is designed to create a fun environment for young female athletes to explore the game of soccer while learning physical and technical skills that will give them a strong foundation for their future years at Reign FC Academy. By the end of each season, players will learn: 

Technical Skills

• Ball control 

• Running with the ball 

• Dribbling 

• Finishing 

• Turning 

• Passing and receiving 

• Receiving out of the air 

Tactical Skills

• Roles and responsibilities of each position on the field 

• The basic rules of the game 

• 1v1 Attacking 

• Creating and occupying space on the field 

• Building out of the back 

• Basic defensive principles
