The Reign Academy have announced a new partnership with U.S. Bank through 2019. U.S. Bank is the Official Bank of the Reign Academy.

“US Bank is committed to supporting the young women of our community,” said Reign FC vice president of partnerships Kaylynn Kelley. “Their support makes it possible for the Reign Academy to provide elite skill development for female soccer players while also providing skills, such as financial literacy, to be successful in life.”

“We believe healthy communities are those where there is ample opportunity to play,” said U.S. Bank SVP Thomas Roberts. “We support the Reign Academy because there simply can’t be enough opportunity for young women to see their role models excelling at sport. Our Community Possible platform is how U.S. Bank gives back in the categories of work, home and play, in hopes of keeping communities healthy in every aspect of the word.”

Aside from helping develop the future stars of Reign FC, the Academy hopes this partnership will help their young players prepare for college by learning more about their finances, including financial aid and scholarships.

“What a fantastic opportunity for our academy,” said Reign Academy technical director Tracey Kevins. “They will surely help expand the knowledge of how to best handle their finances when they attend college and in the future.”
